CPG2500 precision pressure display (indicator) WIKA

Description

The WIKA CPG2500 precision pressure display (indicator) is used in calibration laboratories and production plants as a source for accurate pressure measurement. It is used for checking the accuracy of pressure indicators/transducers or as a laboratory standard and wherever a high degree of pressure accuracy is required in the manufacture, testing and calibration of pressure instruments or gauges.

The CPG2500 Digital Pressure Indicator can be configured with one, two or three pressure sensors. Two sensors are internal and the third is external. The pressure sensors are pneumatically isolated so that one channel can be configured with a sensor up to 2,895 bar and the other up to 25 mbar. An optional barometric reference sensor can be added internally to display the air pressure or used to replicate the gauge or absolute pressure. The pressure zones for each canal shall be determined by the customer. Standard and high-end sensors are available inside. The external sensors are Mensor digital pressure sensors CPT9000, CPT6100 or CPT6180.

Benefits of IntelliScale and removable sensors
With the IntelliScale specification, each sensor is calibrated to give a percentage reading in the upper part of the range. The three sensors can be configured so that the percentage of readings within their range is continuous, giving a percentage of reading accuracy over a wide range.

In addition, each sensor is removable and replaceable, allowing for external calibration and range changes, while reducing downtime. The CPT9000, CPT6180 or CPT6100 external pressure sensor is also available for remote applications.

Software
The WIKA-Cal calibration software enables convenient calibration of pressure instruments and the production of test certificates. In addition, the instrument can also be remotely controlled with serial command formats, Mensor standard, SCPI or other optional commands are available.
