ELPRO LEPENIK presents a new set for fast and efficient temperature measurement at reception.
According to legislation, it is essential that temperatures in food and pharmaceutical warehouses are maintained within the required ranges. Food warehouses are required to maintain a temperature range of between 2 °C and 8 °C, while cold stores are required to maintain temperatures as low as -25 °C. For medical cold stores, temperatures between -5 °C and 8 °C are prescribed. Failure to comply with these regulations not only compromises product quality and safety, but also leads to unnecessary energy consumption from the frequent cooling of overheated goods in warehouses.
If the temperature of food or pharmaceuticals rises during transport, the warehouse has to use a significant amount of energy to bring it back to the correct temperature, with additional costs and environmental footprint.
To this end, ELPRO LEPENIK has developed an innovative solution for fast and accurate temperature measurement at the reception. Sensor suite, including advanced TFN 520 thermometer , allows accurate monitoring of temperature changes in a variety of environments such as warehouses, cold stores, pick-ups and trucks. This helps to reduce losses, increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. The development of these sensors is a key step forward in ensuring a safe and quality supply of fresh and frozen food and pharmaceuticals, which is crucial for protecting public health and consumer satisfaction.
The set includes 3 fast-response sensors that work in combination with advanced TFN 520 thermometer to accurately monitor temperature conditions in a variety of environments such as warehouses, cold stores and trucks.

The first sensor, with its slim design, only 0.5 cm thick, is ideal for measuring the temperature of air and liquids in a variety of environments such as warehouses and cold stores. This sensor allows reliable monitoring of temperature conditions in different environments, which is crucial for maintaining food quality.

The second sensor allows surface temperature measurement of packaged products, replacing less accurate infrared thermometers that are sensitive to external factors. With its flexibility to measure temperatures even in extremely cold environments, this sensor is a key tool in maintaining product quality during transport.

The third sensor is mechanically protected and is used to measure air temperature. This sensor is ideal for use in environments where there is a risk of mechanical damage.

Using the sensors is easy. Simply wave the sensors or touch the product, and in just 5 seconds the TFN 520 EBRO thermometer will give you the exact temperature. It is important to note that the swing is necessary as the sensor housing heats up, which would otherwise affect the accuracy of the measured temperature. By swinging the sensor, the exact ambient temperature is measured.
Ensuring the correct temperature at the reception of food and medical products is a key issue for product quality and safety. The sensor set represents a major innovation for accurate and fast temperature measurement in a wide range of environments. With its speed of response, accuracy of measurement and robust design, this kit is essential for effective cold chain management and regulatory compliance.
For companies in the food industry, pharmaceutical companies, distribution sectors and health and food safety inspectorates, this kit is an indispensable tool for maintaining product quality and optimising energy efficiency.
