Description

TEMPERATURE SENSOR – WIRELESS belongs to a new generation of temperature sensors. The transmitter accepts the most common resistive sensors (e.g. Pt100) and thermocouples (e.g. NiCr-Ni, type “K”). The measured values are transferred to a receiver (ELTX900) mounted on a DIN rail. One receiver can receive signals from 16 wireless temperature sensors.

Temperature range

• for resistive: -200 °C to +850 °C
• for thermocouples: -200 °C to +1700 °C

Wireless version – temperature sensor – wireless

The sensor transmitter is powered by a 3.6 V lithium battery mounted on the antenna housing. The measured signal is transmitted on the ISM(Industrial Scientific and Medical Band). The frequency size is 868.4 MHz. This frequency is virtually insensitive to external interference, allowing transmission in harsh industrial environments. The maximum outdoor range of the signal is 300 m line-of-sight.

The configuration of the transmitter is done with the wireless configuration kit.

Wireless implementation in ON SITE CAL

For calibration directly in the production process, we produce a WIRELESS version in ON SITE version.

Calibration

Temperature sensors can still be supplied to you after manufacture
calibrate
and thus be supplied with an accredited calibration certificate.
