RTD temperature sensor with ingold process connector for on site calibration

Description

ON SITE CAL versions such as TTU-CAL-030 are temperature sensors with added calibration port for a reference sensor. The implementation allows calibration or accuracy verification without interrupting the process.

The standard reference sensor (in the REF coding table) is 1.5 mm in diameter, of the appropriate length, with PTFE connecting cable and accredited calibration certificate.
The exposed version TTU-CAL-030 is common in process temperature measurement (liquids, gases, vacuum, etc.).

The protective neck protects the connection head and against higher process temperatures. The connection head can be equipped with a measuring transducer with analogue or digital output. You can also order sensors with an accredited certificate or with verification only in the desired area.

 

Calibration

Temperature sensors can still be supplied to you after manufacture calibrate and thus be supplied with an accredited calibration certificate.
