T6340 temperature, humidity and CO2 transmitter with RS232 COMET output

Description

T6340 temperature, humidity and CO2 transmitter with RS232 output for outdoor and indoor use.

The converter contains a microprocessor-based control circuit. It is housed in a hard-wearing plastic case with connection clips. The sensor contains a stainless mesh filter.

Computer processing allows long-term stability and error display. The device has a built-in capacitive polymer sensor for long-term calibration stability, independent of water and condensation.

Indoor carbon dioxide levels are often an important indicator of air quality. Especially in buildings where several people are present at the same time. For example in schools, conference rooms, cinema halls, theatres and hospitals. A carbon dioxide sensor can help improve indoor air quality.

The measured values can also be converted into other formats such as dew-point temperature, absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio or others.

A visual display of the CO2 concentration in the air:

• green: CO2 concentration 0 … 1000 ppm
• bright yellow: CO2 concentration 1001 … 1200 ppm
• illuminated red: CO2 concentration 1201 ppm or more
