QV-GR MOLOSvalve Mollet Hose Diaphragm Valve

Description

The QV-GR MOLOSvalve tubular diaphragm valve is suitable for the containment, distribution and dosing of powdery and granular bulk material (bulk material), for viscous, dirty and aggressive liquids, gases and mixtures.

A hose diaphragm valve works by pressurising the air or water supply, allowing the elastic diaphragm inside to stretch. The hose valve has a flange welded on one side and a thread on the other side as a process connection. The valve is controlled via a pilot valve. By introducing air into the tubing diaphragm, the flow of the medium through the valve is shut off. The valve remains closed as long as the diaphragm is pressurised. When the diaphragm deflates, the elastic diaphragm in the valve opens. After the release of the regulating pressure, the inlet pipe is reopened and returns to its original and circular shape.
