CALEX

Description

The PyroNFC miniature infrared (IR) temperature sensor is suitable for measuring temperatures in the measuring range 0 °C to 1000 °C. It allows installation in systems with limited space, for example testing car brakes. It is also suitable for checking the performance of other thermometers. The small, low-cost infrared sensor also boasts a smartphone configuration.

PyroNFC use cases

Brake testing

PyroNFC fits in confined spaces, for example between the wheel and the disc brake. It can measure the temperature of the brake disc on the rim.

Monitoring the situation

The low cost of the sensor makes it ideal for measuring many points, and the operator can check the temperature at each location with a smartphone without the need for a separate display.
