PSD-4 electronic pressure switch with WIKA display

Description

The PSD-4 electronic pressure switch with WIKA display is used for pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.

The PSD-4 pressure switch model with electronic pressure switch represents an extensive further development of the PSD-30 electronic pressure switch, which has already been awarded the “iF design award” for outstanding functionality. High accuracy of 0.5%, freely adjustable output signals (PNP/NPN, 4 … 20 mA / 0 … 10 V), 5:1 analog output scalability in addition to outstanding self-diagnostics make the PSD-4 the perfect solution for automation.

Personalised installation
The PSD-4 installation can be flexibly adapted to the individual installation situation. Thanks to the almost unlimited rotation of the digital display and housing of more than 300°, the digital display can be adjusted independently of the electrical connection. The digital display can thus always be aligned to face the operator and the M12 x 1 connection is positioned to suit the desired cable routing.

High quality
During the development of the WIKA switch family, great value was placed on robust design and the selection of suitable materials suitable for mechanical applications. For this reason, the housing and the threaded connection of the electrical connector are made of stainless steel. It is virtually impossible to twist or tear the connector.

With a selectable output signal according to the IO-Link communication standard, the PSD-4 electronic pressure switch enables fast integration into modern automation systems. IO-Link offers easier and faster installation, parameterisation and increased functionality of PSD-4.
