Description

The HygroCal100 humidity validator from MICHELL is a compact and portable system designed for simple automated validation of relative humidity sensors.

This versatile validation kit contains a stable test chamber that allows rapid evaluation of the performance of relative humidity sensors over a wide range from 5 to 95% relative humidity. Its intuitive design allows the integration of up to 7 probes with different diameters and output signals, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

Equipped with a 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen, the HygroCal100 allows the display of all measured values from reference and test probes, along with a graphical display of the chamber stability trend. It is able to automate complete verification processes with ease and provide the complete recorded output in CSV format straight to your USB memory device, reducing the time spent reading the results.

The HygroCal100 has a test chamber milled from a solid piece of acetal with minimal sealing points, ensuring the integrity required to maintain <5% RH relative to ambient temperature in the laboratory and ±0.5% RH uniformity throughout the chamber.

The advanced user interface allows any hygrometer with analogue output to be assigned as a reference device, providing flexibility to include a traceable reference in the validation process. With the automatic validation system, users can define their own calibration procedure, tailoring the chamber control to their needs.

With split-flow mixing technology with control
HS3
provides reliable and stable control of chamber conditions. A simple, low-maintenance system can very quickly transition between and stabilise under constant humidity conditions. It contains a saturation tank and a drying tank. By pushing outside air through one of these tanks into the chamber, the conditions inside can change rapidly.

MDM25

The MDM25 is a battery-powered portable handheld hygrometer that is the ideal portable reference for use with the HygroCal100. The MDM25 is supplied with a standard probe that is calibrated and traceable to national standards. A port adapter is also included to attach this probe to the HygroCal100 chamber

 

Optidew 401

The Optidew is a fast-responding hygrometer with a cooled mirror that is well suited for both industrial humidity control and precision laboratory applications. It is available in desktop and wall-mounted configurations and has an intuitive touchscreen interface.

Using the latest advances in cooled mirror technology, it has a response speed comparable to polymer relative humidity sensors, combined with the no-movement reliability of all cooled mirror instruments.
