H5524 CO2 meter with movable sensor and two output relays and Ethernet connection.

The CO2 measurement of the H5524 is based on a 2-source, 2-beam process. This ensures long-term stability, thanks to the proven non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) CO2 measurement cell. The unique patented automatic calibration process compensates for the ageing of the infrared source, ensuring high reliability, long-term stability and eliminating the need for regular recalibration in the field.

Indoor carbon dioxide levels are often an important parameter and indicator of air quality. Especially in buildings where several people are present at the same time. For example in schools, conference rooms, cinema halls, theatres and hospitals. A carbon dioxide sensor can help improve indoor air quality.

A visual display of the CO2 concentration in the air:

• green: CO2 concentration 0 … 1000 ppm
• bright yellow: CO2 concentration 1001 … 1200 ppm
• illuminated red: CO2 concentration 1201 ppm or more
