DPGS40 differential pressure gauge with WIKA micro switches

Description

The DPGS40 differential pressure gauge with WIKA micro switches is used for monitoring differential pressures, the instrument allows switching and display.

The DPGS40 differential pressure gauges from the DELTA product family are mainly used for monitoring and controlling low differential pressures where there are high requirements for unilateral overpressure and static pressure.
Typical markets for these products are shipbuilding, process heating technology, the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industry, the water and wastewater industry, and machine and plant construction. For these, the main task of the instrumentation is to control filters, compressors and pumps.

Wherever the differential pressure needs to be displayed locally, and at the same time the circuits need to be switched safely depending on the differential pressure, the DELTA header is used. When the pressure goes above or below the set value, a switch operation is triggered. The switching point is accessible from the front and can be set within a range of 10 … 100% of the total scale value using the auxiliary scale.

Often in these applications, in addition to the differential pressure, the instantaneous working pressure is also important.
For this reason, a working pressure indication is integrated as standard in the DELTA pressure differential switch. Two local, easy-to-read mechanical displays require no power supply and allow simultaneous readings of operating and differential pressure. In addition, this saves on additional measuring and sealing points, thus reducing additional costs for piping and installation.

The robust aluminium housing and opaque window ensure a long product life, even in harsh ambient conditions. Due to the low measuring range of 0 … 250 mbar, the instrument can also be used for applications with low differential pressures.

The new and functional design complements the look of the measuring instrument.
