A2G-15 differential pressure gauge with output signal for WIKA ventilation and air conditioning

Description

The A2G-15 differential pressure gauge with output signal for WIKA ventilation and air conditioning is used for pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.

Differential pressure sensors from the DELTA product family are mainly used for monitoring low differential pressures where there are high requirements for unilateral overpressure and static pressure.

Typical markets for differential pressure sensors are shipbuilding, process heating technology, the HVAC industry, the water and wastewater industry, and machine and plant construction. For these, the main task of the instrumentation is to control filters, compressors and pumps.

Wherever signal transmission is required and at the same time local differential pressure display is needed, DELTA-trans finds its application.

The electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the camshaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely wear- and friction-free. This results in an electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, e.g. 4 … 20 mA is produced, which then sends a signal to the control room. In addition, the electrical zero point can be set manually.

Often in these applications, in addition to the differential pressure display, the instantaneous working pressure is also important. For this reason, the DELTA-trans differential pressure sensor is equipped as standard with a working pressure indication with output signal.

The local, easy-to-read mechanical displays require no power supply and allow simultaneous readings of operating and differential pressures. In addition, this saves on additional measuring and sealing points, thus reducing additional costs for piping and installation.

The robust aluminium housing and watertight window ensure a long product life, even in harsh environmental conditions. This ensures that the instrument is not compromised and is resistant to external mechanical influences.

The new and functional design complements the look of the differential pressure sensor.
