Plastics kit – temperature measurements in the production of plastic products

For fast, reliable and stable temperature measurements in injection moulding and plastics production, a measurement kit for surface and general temperature measurements is indispensable. In particular, surface temperatures need to be point-located, fast, repeatable and reliable so that processes can be checked, calibrated or regulated accordingly. The kit enables efficient control of heaters and temperature sensors, tool temperatures, material temperatures.

The EL-PRO-SET consists of:

• 1 x TFN 520-SMP thermometer with protective silicone sleeve (not pictured)
• 1 x temperature sensor – thermocouple up to 1,100 °C; fi 1.5 mm, l = 100, 150 or 200 mm (select length l when ordering)
• 1 x temperature sensor – special thermocouple for surface temperature measurement TPN-CS11K – unique product with 50.000 repetitions up to 300 °C (other models available, also for higher temperatures)
• 1 x aluminium case
