Product description RF311-T:

The product will arrive partially charged, but you need to charge it for 24hours beforeuse to keep it working optimal. You can charge the battery (the temperature of the unit must bgo between 0 °C and +40 °C) via computer, USB +5 V wall adapter RF320(UK/USA) or portable b USB accessories with the included USB cable. It can also be permanently powered with the RF320 wall adapter USB. When filling the internal bateria can cause reading interference.
