P2 pressure-protected clutch is for DF rotary level switches.
Depending on the pressure, there are different clutch protection designs. For pressure zones where the sensor and sensor housing are exposed to a pressure of -0.95 … +25 bar, use the P2 type with a separate prosec connection.
The level switch with pressure-protected clutch is suitable for level measurement in silos of different sizes. The measurement material can be fine sand, granules and stones. A level switch consists of a housing, a process connector and a sensor. The housing can be made of aluminium or stainless steel and are also available for Ex ranges.
