MP042 Ethernet communication interface for MS6R, MS6D COMET

Description

MP042 Ethernet communication interface for MS6R and MS6D. Built-in LAN interface for connection to data loggers and Ethernet (Internet). Communication via: SNMP, SOAP, www and Modbus TCP. If the limits are exceeded, an alarm is activated and a warning email or SNMP is sent to the specified addresses.

MP042 features

• Memory transfer in 2 min 30 sec (depending on network throughput)
• memory transfer is done with data logger helper software
• communication and sending of alert messages via multiple network protocols (web, SNMP, SMTP, SysLog, SOAP, ModBus)
• each data logger has its own IP address (DHCP supported)
• network administrator assistance is required
• Adequate security must be provided for remote access via the internet
