Description

The CPC4000 industrial pressure controller from WIKA is suitable as a development tool in the manufacture of various transducers, as a calibration and maintenance tool for pressure gauges or as a factory/workshop standard for the calibration of all types of pressure measuring instruments.

Construction
Model CPC4000 offers a wide pressure range from -1 ... 210barov. This instrument is available as a table-top or as a 48.26 cm mounting kit Lobster.
It can be installed with up to two reference pressure sensors and an additional baromatherapy. The barometer can uspend to display baromatic pressure , or to replicate manometric or absolute pressure.

Functionality
The instrument has a touchscreen and simple, intuitive menu navigation, making it very easy to use. The large number of menu languages also contributes to its operability. It may have up to two internal pressure sensors, with the range for each reference pressure sensor being set by the customer within the permissible range.

Depending on the application, the operator can choose between three ways to enter the set point:

• user-defined programmable test sequences
• direct pressure input (setpoint) controlled on the touchscreen
• define the steps to achieve the desired pressure value, either by defining fixed pressure increments or by a percentage of the span value
