Description

The CPC2000 portable low pressure controller from WIKA is designed for mobile use in the calibration of low pressure measuring devices in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, filtration, clean rooms and medical technology as a calibrator or as a high-precision measuring equipment and/or precision pressure transmitter.

Functionality
The model CPC2000 low pressure controller is a mains or battery operated pressure controller with internal, automatic pressure generation and reference pressure. Pressure generation is achieved by an integrated electric pump that provides positive and/or negative pressure at both pipe connections. As soon as the instrument is switched on, the zero point is automatically set.

Subsequent calibration preparation requires only a few settings. First, use the MENU button to select one of the stored pressure units and a variable pressure change in the range 0 … 50%.

Once the whole area has been entered into the control mode, the navigation buttons make it easy to increase or decrease the pressure by a certain level. To check if a calibration assembly or test item is leaking, you can use the LEAK button. This locks the pressure into the test assembly and measures and displays any pressure drop and the time it takes.

Interface
The instrument has RS-232 and USB interfaces, allowing communication and data exchange with a PC.

Software
The WIKA-Cal calibration software is available for the CPC2000. In addition to computer-assisted calibration, WIKA-Cal also offers calibration and instrument data management in a SQL database.

Calibration certificate
The accuracy of the instrument is confirmed by a factory calibration certificate. We can provide a DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate for this instrument on request.
