WEB SENSORS – Ethernet & Communication

Web sensors from our partner COMET System allow precise measurements of temperature and (relative) humidity. The latter is achieved by the possibility of connecting two probes, allowing temperature and humidity measurements in two different locations with a single device.

COMET System from the Czech Republic has been creating innovative control solutions by producing data loggers since 1991. These are used to document environmental conditions in production plants, warehouses and the cold chain. COMET instruments are characterised by high-quality measurement components, precision measurement and monitoring. The monitoring process consists of measuring, recording and managing data. Depending on the stability of the data, criteria for triggering alarms are set.

Web sensors offer the possibility to connect three binary inputs. These are the only ones that allow data or values to be extracted from dry contacts or binary sensors with a voltage output. The type of binary input is determined programmatically in the device.

ETHERNET MONITORING

Online monitoring of current measured values using sensors with Ethernet output. Continuous monitoring of critical parameters such as temperature and relative humidity can be very easily done with online sensors that also measure CO2 concentration, atmospheric pressure, monitor events and read a 4 … 20 mA signal.

COMET CLOUD COMMUNICATION

COMET Cloud is a unique platform that enables the collection, storage and analysis of data provided by COMET measuring instruments. The stored data can be processed and printed. You can create tables, graphs and reports.
COMET Cloud also sends alarms by email when the values measured by the device exceed pre-set ranges.

COMET Cloud version 2.1 supports the following device families:
– IoT wireless sensors powered by Sigfox
– IoT wireless data loggers with built-in GSM modem
– WiFi sensors
– Web sensors (t-line, p-line, h-line)
COMET Cloud is also available for new and older devices.
