Did you know that it is possible to record measured data from analogue sensors with a 4 … 20 mA output directly to COMET Cloud?
The P2520 converter allows the conversion of the measured current (0 … 20 mA or 4 … 20 mA) into the specific values of the physical quantities measured by the sensor. Thanks to the P2520 Web Sensor, which was designed to connect two sensors with current output to an Ethernet network, it is now possible to send data directly to the COMET Cloud.
This means that you can now connect not only 4 … 20 mA output sensors from COMET (e.g. sensors certified for use in explosion hazardous environments according to ATEX standard), but also sensors from other manufacturers such as anemometers, flow meters, noise meters and others.
This innovative technology allows you to centrally monitor and analyse data from different types of sensors, giving you a complete overview.
