Description

XZR200 MICHELL oxygen analyzer for measuring the percentage of oxygen level (O2) in combustion processes, monitoring, control, ambient air monitoring and many other applications.

The analyser allows oxygen measurement from 0-25% or 0-100% and offers the possibility of manual or automatic calibration, depending on the customer’s needs. Two connection lengths (210 mm and 400 mm) and two maximum temperature settings (250 °C and 400 °C) are available for greater flexibility.

 

XZR200 features

  • flexible outputs: 4-20 mA and 0-10 V DC or RS23 communication interface
  • rotary 3.3 V DC output allows direct control of the O2 sensor for diagnostic purposes
  • the possibility of calibration in normal air (20,7 % O2) or in any other known O2 concentration
  • optional output filtering allows fast and dynamic or slow and stable output
  • external automatic calibration trigger or manual calibration
  • IP65-rated aluminium case with stainless steel sensor
  • Power supply: 24 V DC

Special features

The XZR200 oxygen analyser from Michell is designed for use in atmospheric pressure environments. However, it can measure in the range of 0 to 25% O2, in the presence of pressures up to 3 barg, without damaging the analyser.
