W3811 IoT wireless thermometer and hygrometer for external sensor, Sigfox COMET

Description

The W3811 wireless thermometer and hygrometer measures temperature and humidity via an external wired sensor.

The simple and compact thermometer sensor can be easily installed directly in the room where the measurements will be taken. It is suitable for measurements in areas with potentially poor Sigfox reception. The cable length should not exceed 30 metres. With appropriate protection (e.g. F0000 and F5300) the sensor can be used in harsh conditions.

The measured values can be sent at a configurable time interval (from 10 minutes to 24 hours) via radio transmission over the Sigfox network to the COMET cloud, from which they can be viewed by the user using a PC or mobile device.

The instrument can monitor up to 2 alarm limits of the measured variable. If you exceed these limits, the device will warn you by sending you a message. COMET Cloud sends this alarm message by email to the selected user. The device is suitable for applications that allow a delay in the information provided by Sigfox (maximum 10 minutes).

The W3811P is a similar instrument with a longer battery life (up to 10 years).
