RMS T10-0003 temperature sensor ROTRONIC

Description

The RMS T10-0003 is a ROTRONIC temperature sensor. It is an NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor. The resistance of the NTC decreases with increasing temperature.

The temperature range of the memory unit is limited to -35 °C … +80 °C.

This type is in the RMS-GW GATEWAY group. Interface is the intermediary between the wireless data logger and the software server.

The RMS-GW GATEWAY can manage up to 60 data loggers at the same time, collecting all measurement data from the wireless logger and transmitting it to the server software.

When multiple GATEWAY interfaces are used in the same network, they are configured redundantly. If one interface fails, the measurement values are automatically sent to the server software via the other interface.

• RMS-DI-L-R

The RMS-DI-L-R digital input module of the ROTRONIC stores all measured data per event and sends them to the database via Ethernet.

The minimum pulse time is 100 ms. If the connection is lost, the module saves the data in the meantime and maintains data integrity. When the connection is restored , it automatically fills in the missing data.

The instrument is battery powered. In the event of an external power failure, this ensures that the measured data is recorded.
