PSM01 WIKA compact pressure switch

Description

The PSM01 compact WIKA pressure switch for industrial use with diaphragm or piston design opens or closes the circuit depending on whether the pressure is falling or rising.

The adjustment screw makes it easy and convenient to set the desired switch-on point on the spot. WIKA offers its customers a factory setting of the switching point on request.

The PSM01 pressure switch model is suitable for applications where compressed air, neutral and self-lubricating fluids and neutral gases are used.

This pressure switch has a good switch point repeatability of ≤ 2% of the range. The compact design is suitable for easy installation with an Allen key. The switch is of interest to OEM customers as well as other customers requiring smaller quantities.

Electrical connections are possible in the following versions:

• angled connector of shapes A and C
• M12 x 1 circular connector
• cable outlet

• Power supply: 8 … 30 V DC
• operating temperature: 0 °C … +80 °C
• switch point repeatability: ≤ 2 % of the range
• switching functions: normally closed, normally open or switching contact
• media: compressed air, neutral and selflubricating liquids and neutral gases
• electrical connection: angle connector type A according to DIN 175301-803A, connection UB=1, 0V=2
• material: parts in contact with the medium and parts not in contact with the medium – 316L stainless steel
• Process connection: external thread G 1/2 A DIN 3852-E, G 1/4 A DIN 3852-E, 1/4 NPT and others
• setting ranges: 0.2 … 2 bar [3 … 30 psi] to 30 … 320 bar [450 … 4600 psi] and -0.85 … -0.15 bar [-25 inHg … -5 inHg].
