Description

F6804 ring force transducer for screw forces up to 450 kN is suitable for measuring compressive forces and is available with loads from 3 kN up to 450 kN.

It was designed with a ring geometry and specifically designed to measure bolt forces and preload. Area uconsumption are apps, such as measuring and testing equipment, in which the forces of the bolts or studsare measured. Areas uconsumption include simply setting the preload of the screws, where the force transducer uused as a measuring washer.

To avoid overloading, is recommended, to electrically connect the force transducer during assembly and monitor the measured value. The measuring force shall bbe introduced through the centre and must not bbe cross-loaded. When assembling care must be taken with the force transducer, the support surface is flat, bdemolished and sufficiently hard. Due to the small geometry , this force transducer is very sensitive to the response of the changing or different mounting positions.
