DMS34 Pressure interface control system with WIKA threaded connector

Description

The DMS34 pressure interface control system with threaded connection (diaphragm separator system), comprising pressure interface, pressure gauge and control element, is suitable for the most demanding measurement tasks. The system can withstand aggressive, contaminated or hot media and provides a safe connection between the media and the pressure interface control system.

The patented membrane control has been specifically designed for the highest safety requirements in the chemical and petrochemical industries. In the event of a rupture, a second, internal diaphragm in the pressure instrument ensures reliable separation of the environment and the process. The measurement function of the entire system remains unrestricted in the event of such an event, but the membrane must be replaced immediately. The pressure interface is directly attached to the measuring instrument. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument via a filling fluid system within the pressure interface system. Model 990.34 pressure interface control systems are successfully used in applications with hydrofluoric acid.

DMS34 is protected by granted patent DE 19949831 and is the subject of several pending patents (e.g. US 2018180505, DE 102016015447, CN 108240885).
