The DMS-FP pressure interface control system with clamp connection (membrane separator system), comprising pressure interface, pressure gauge and control element, is suitable for the most demanding and hygienic measurement tasks. Pressure interface systems are resistant to the cleaning vapour temperatures encountered in SIP (sterilisation-in-place) processes, thus ensuring a hygienic connection between the pressure interface and the medium.

The patented membrane control has been specifically designed for the highest safety requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The control element is mainly used to transmit electrical signals about the state of the diaphragm, which is indicated on the scale of the instrument by the red or red bars. green spaces. In the event of a rupture, a second, internal diaphragm in the pressure instrument ensures reliable separation of the environment and the process.

The pressure interface is directly attached to the measuring instrument. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument via a filling fluid system within the pressure interface system. Pressure interfaces with clamp connectors are specifically designed for use in sterile procedures. This ensures hygienic process integration of the pressure interface control system.
