CPH8000 WIKA portable multifunction calibrator

Description

The CPH8000 portable multi-purpose calibrator from WIKA is typically used for calibration of pressure transducers, pressure gauges, temperature transmitters, temperature sensors and other measuring instruments. Its versatilitymakes it ideal for testing andcalibrating industrial measuring instruments in the field.

Data o umeasuring are stored in memory instrument. Communication with a personal computer used for remote monitoring of the unit and transmission of calibration reports. Choose between CPH8000-ET (handheld design) and CPH8000-P1 (suitcase mode).

The CPH8000 portable multifunction calibrator is the most advanced instrument for measuring and simulating the following parameters: measuring and absolute pressure, electrical signals (mA, mV, V, Ω), temperature (TC, RTD), frequency and pulses. In addition, an optional HART® module can be included, which allows communication with the HART® instrumentation system.

Features
The portable multifunction calibrator features a large touchscreen with a new intuitive user-friendly interface that makes configuring the calibrator quick and easy. ATEX II 2G Ex ib IIC T4 Gb – Tamb: -10 °C … +50 °C approval is available, extending the possibilities of using this calibrator in Ex areas. Also in the ATEX version, a 24 V DC power supply is available for external converters.

The calibrators have four measurement channels, so they can take up to four simultaneous measurements. For greater flexibility in field calibrations, the instruments have built-in memory for data storage. This in turn allows the evaluation of recorded measurement values and calibration reports.
