Example of use:

The memory unit canbe, e.g. installed outside the packaging. To measure , the can is prepared as follows, a 3 mm thin-gauge sensor is installed in the foodstuff at the projected coldest point.

Set AC 4004 contains

The SI 1100 is a software set for EBI-12 and EBI-11 loggers.

• EBI IF100 interface (read 1x EBI-11 logger, 1x EBI-12 logger, can be read simultaneously)

• Antenna (wireless data reading)

The EBI 12-T23X data logger or memory unit with external temperature sensor with M5 thread is suitable for continuous temperature measurements in pasteurisation processes (cans) etc.

The EBI 12-T23X series of temperature data loggers allow automated recording of values in the unit’s internal memory. Replaces manual inventorying or allows inventorying where humans cannot intervene (e.g. pasteuriser). The interval of the records or stored values is user-configurable.
